The staff, led by the efficient Phillipa at reception, was friendly, helpful, and professional, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in process.The room itself was tastefully appointed, with a nice balcony overlooking the tranquil river. However, the lack of cutlery, crockery, and glassware in the kitchenette was a bit of a letdown, albeit easily mitigated with some personal items. The cleanliness of the property was commendable, maintaining a high standard throughout.In terms of value for money, Appart'Hotel Saint Jean offers competitive rates for the amenities and location provided.
